Elio Kreka

Hey there! So you're probably wondering why I, a third-year Biomedical Engineering student at UCL, am the perfect fit for the role of Welfare Officer for our society. Well, let me tell you, there are a few reasons!

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed as a student. Between coursework, exams, and extracurriculars, it can be tough to balance everything and maintain good mental health. That's why I'm keen on creating a supportive and inclusive community within our society, where everyone feels comfortable discussing any challenges they might be facing.

I also believe that humor can be a powerful tool in promoting good mental health. That's why I'm not afraid to inject a little bit of fun into our society's events and social media feeds. From funny memes to lighthearted games, I believe that laughter can be the best medicine.

So if you're looking for a Welfare Officer who is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive community, who is committed to promoting good mental health, and who isn't afraid to have a little bit of fun along the way, then look no further than me!

Aaryan Hebbalkar

As an empath, I believe that I can make everyone feel included and make sure that the society is a safe space for everyone. Moreover, I would like to organise events for more marginalised communities in the STEM field as STEM is a very skill-based industry that creates a level playing field for everyone based on their abilities.
