Malayali Society: President

Hey! If you don’t know me already, I’m Alen and I will be running to be your President for the upcoming year.

Having been on the committee for the last two years, initially as a first-year rep and most recently as the social sec, I have gained a huge tonne of experience in seeing how the cogs behind this society work. It is this experience that makes me believe that I am the right man to lead this society

Over the last two years of being a member, I have seen how big this society has become and I aim to simply keep it growing! I have already helped put our Mallu soc on the map with the first-ever Mallu Take Me out which was a great success. In addition to this, I lead us onto the stages of Jashn; representing South India and from what I have been hearing, we were the best act of the night ?

With a bunch of new ideas, I look forward to working alongside our Indian and Tamil societies plus other Mallu soc’s to bring you guys a year filled with a lot of fun!!
