Over the two years, lacrosse has been a big part of my UCL life, having played for the Women’s 2s, mixed teams and being on committee I feel that I have been able to demonstrate my commitment to the club. For this reason, I feel that I am an organised and very approachable person and would absolutely love the opportunity to be Vice President.

Firstly tour, I would focus on getting your ideas and feedback on things like the length of tour and location and work with committee to make your ideas possible as well as keeping up lacrosse traditions to ensure we have the best tour ever. Onto stash all the classics like puffers, matching trackies plus beanies, bucket hats and player layers because 90% of matches are in the freezing cold. I would also aim to make stash more affordable. I’d like to encourage more integration between the different teams, and to organise an informal, inter-club mixed match. This would allow members of each team to socialise together, as well as create lots of opportunity to play the sport. As VP I would aim to secure support from the union so we could subsidise membership for students who get financial assistance from UCL. I would also be keen to increase charity commitments, such as organising a charity lacrosse match with another sports club. I hope to continue to bring a dedicated, enthusiastic, and positive atmosphere to lacrosse and am willing to assist the President and rest of the committee to achieve our goals as a club and have a great year.
