Kickboxing Club: President

My experience working as secretary of the kickboxing society has provided me valuable insight into the various roles of the president which is why I would like to nominate myself for the position of president. My first hand experience as a part of the kickboxing committee has shown me the importance of creating a strong committee structure and communication to ensure that sessions and other activities can run smoothly.

As the president, my priority would be to build an inclusive community and ensure that people of all levels can participate and enjoy the classes. I also believe that the core of any society is the people, so I would like to increase the number of social events to provide members the opportunity to grow and build stronger connections within our community.

Joining the kickboxing society has not only provided me with a new and fun experience but also an inclusive and friendly community of people. Therefore, I hope that as president I can continue to build a stronger community and share my passion for kickboxing with people from UCL.
