Hannah E Tank

Hi, I'm Hannah!

I am a second-year History of Art student with a strong love for all thing horsey related.

I have been part of the Horse Riding Club since I started at UCL. This is also when I joined the second team, where I have since made countless good memories. Finally, I joined the committee at the beginning of this year as treasurer. During my time as part of the HRC, I have made many friends, wonderful memories and have learnt many things. This past year has been particularly great at teaching me how the club runs and how to lead it.

I am standing for the role of president because I believe myself to be an organized, responsible and dedicated part of the Horse Riding Club, and I would like to be a part of its further development. I believe that my experience as treasurer will allow me to be a good president as I know how the club runs, have established good relationships with its members and am dedicated to its growth.

My aim as president is to ensure our club is a fun and inclusive environment for any to join. I particularly plan on raising awareness on racial inequality in equestrian sport, making sure that we organise fun and memorable events and creating opportunities for all to enjoy horse riding.

I hope you vote for me as your Horse Riding Club President as I am committed to making the club and its members my priority and look forward to making lasting memories at the side of horsey-loving friends.
