Or Epelbaum

Hi everyone,

I would love to be the new president of the Female Forces in Fashion Business Society as I really enjoyed being a member last year. I am a 2nd year Economics and Business student who’s passionate about fashion and women empowerment. As president, I would work with the other members of the committee to organize entertaining events with special guest speakers but also socials to get to know everyone better. I would create a friendly environment where each member could learn more about the fashion business industry, make friends and enjoy their experience at UCL.
I would apply and develop my leadership as well as my transferable skills necessary for this position. I am a fashion enthusiast, I'm always eager to see new fashion trends and I am particularly interested in women's empowerment. I believe I would be an excellent fit for this role because of my leadership and creativity abilities. Interning at Sandro, I gained insights into the fashion and business fields combined. I had the opportunity to build organizational skills, helping prepare fashion shows for new collections and learn how to achieve successful marketing campaigns. Finally, I believe I make a great teammate, I'm open-minded, outgoing and always thrilled to meet new people.

Thank you,

Or :)

Tisha Pruthi

As the current president of Female Forces in Fashion business society, I will be honoured to have the opportunity to serve in this role next year too and to work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable future for women in the business industry. As a student, I have seen the challenges that women face and I am passionate about using my position to make a difference. In my role as president, I am committed to working with my fellow members to promote equal opportunities for women in all aspects of the fashion business. This includes advocating for fair treatment in the workplace, providing resources and support for women in the industry, and promoting female-led businesses and initiatives. I am committed to using my voice and actions to create a more inclusive and diverse future for women in fashion and to empower the next generation of female forces in this industry.

Lola Wang
