Nidhi Joshi

As the founding Welfare Officer of UCL EIE, I have a deep passion for ensuring that all members feel supported and heard in our new found society. Over the past six months, I have worked tirelessly with my fellow committee members to exponentially grow UCL EIE, and my core mission has been to prioritize the needs and concerns of my committee. Throughout this process, I have gained invaluable knowledge and skills, and I am confident that with my ever-growing skillset, I am the best fit for the role of Welfare Officer. My top priority will be to continue providing a safe and supportive environment for all members. I will work closely with the committee to address any concerns and create a space where everyone's voice is heard. I will also provide access to necessary resources and assistance, including mental health support and any other support services as required.

Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve as your Welfare officer for the 2023-2024 academic year!

Sincerely,

Nidhi Joshi
