Crook Society: Media Officer

Hello everyone! I am Hannah Deol, and I am currently a first-year student in BSc. Bioprocessing of New Medicines (Business and Management). As a student in the Biochem engineering department at UCL, I am thrilled to apply for the role of media officer for our esteemed society. My course is directly related to Biochem engineering, and I believe I can leverage my knowledge to provide unique insights into how we can advance the society's goals and initiatives.

Furthermore, I believe my experience as the marketing manager for H&H, where I successfully operated the company's social media page, and my role as ECA prefect for my school, where I helped organize international round square conferences, have equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in this role. Moreover, I founded the debate club for YPS, which has provided me with a unique perspective on the importance of communication, coordination, and leadership. I am confident that these experiences have prepared me well for the challenges that come with being a media officer.

If elected, I promise to take all necessary initiatives to organize various events. I will use my skills and experience to create engaging content for our social media platforms and work tirelessly to promote our society's goals and values. Additionally, I am committed to providing excellent communication and coordination between the society and its members, ensuring that everyone feels included and informed.
