Connect.ed Society: Outreach and Initiatives Officer

As an Events Executive in the events team of Connect.ed in 2022-23, I was closely involved in organizing events and executing them. I have a clear idea of what the society's vision is and would love to be a part of achieving it. As an undergraduate who is interested in pursuing research myself and working with my peers with the same interest, I can cater to the needs of the students and what they expect of us as a society. I believe that my event-planning skills, communication skills and confidence to take up and follow through on initiatives can be a great asset to the society. I am keen on collaborating with other UCL societies and bringing a range of events from workshops to panel discussions and "Q and A" sessions along with UCL researchers, alumni, and professors.
