I would like to be the vice captain because I want to play a supportive role to the captain in leading the team to greater heights. As I have many prior leadership experiences, including being vice captain of my secondary school basketball team, I believe I have what it takes to motivate my teammates and help improve overall team morale, fitness and consequently, results. I would love to use my background, commitment and passion for the sport to further my contributions to the team by helping everyone improve while having fun as a tight-knit team.
