Luisa Degen
Being part of the club has been so much fun so far and I’d love to continue being a part of the committee and to use my experience as last year’s president to keep improving the club next season!
My main goal is to work together with the captain to build a team that enjoys playing together on court and that everyone feels welcome in. To achieve this, I hope to organise additional friendlies and tournaments and to get the team into the TeamUCL high-performance program so we’re ready to take on every team in our league and cup games – and of course win varsity! Working closely with the coach, I want to ensure that everyone can voice their opinion. Off court, team dinners and other team bonding activities will play a big part in building a friendly and supportive team dynamic.
