Anime Society: Media Officer

My brief answer is that I want to contribute to the community and the society I love. It has been a great 6 months as a part of this loving place. I want to be a media officer because it also suits my specialise well.

Why should you choose me?

• Doing Photography since 2019 in several kinds of events such as sports days, science fairs, parties, ceremonies, protests and others, including all 2022-23 AniSoc events
• Working with a photographer from the ICL Anime Society on several occasions since the 2022 karaoke event at ICL

What will I do?

• Making event photos more accessible: some group photos should be available for all participants while some portrait shots will be available only on request of the person in them. I plan to deal with requests by Google Forms until finding a better alternative.
• Increasing content quality on AniSoc official account: many posts use only photos from phones without any processing. I plan to use professional cameras as much as possible while also using some editing programs like Lightroom. This helps make many photos on the official account look excellent.
• Increasing participation of members: since my plans require some volunteers, more members can participate to help as either editors or photographs, which is also a great way to receive feedback from members

Finally, being in this society has been a great time, and I hope this will be a chance for me to work for everyone. So let’s make and gather a lot of memory together.
