There are 3 main reasons that I would like to be the VP of case studies. As a consultant, naturally I will put them into 3 separate buckets.
Firstly, I want to continue hosting regular case study workshops. As a first-year representative, I hosted case study sessions which received positive feedback and repeat attendees. Next year, I want to host weekly workshops which help members get ready for their case interviews, which are beneficial regardless of current skill level.
Secondly, I want to utilise my future and current consultant connections to organise skills workshops delivered by professional consultants. I understand that members want to receive advice from people in the industry. Therefore, it will be my priority to facilitate these sessions as often as possible.
Thirdly, I want to collaborate with all members of the consulting society. In my first year, I helped out with numerous in-person and online events. Next year, I would be happy to help out any division that needs it, to ensure the continued success of the consulting society. Ultimately, with the goal of helping all members achieve their dream jobs in consulting.
