Jinhao Cao

I am a first-year student at UCL, I have been the football manager in the Chinese Students And Scholars Association Department of Sports for one year.

I led the largest sports activity in the CSSA department of sports which is the football society. The society is open for all UCL Chinese and overseas Chinese. In my career as a football manager, the society got a group of about 300+ members. This makes the football society became the most active society in the CSSA department of sports. We set up a football team representing UCL. Since I became the football manager till now, we received one champion, one silver, and one bronze in CSSA leagues. I felt so proud of these records, and this makes me more confident to access a higher position in CSSA. I have the experience of leading a large society, so it seems easier for me to cope with my colleagues to plan and carry out a series of activities in the next year. The large organization with more than 300 members gave me a wider opportunity than the others which means I would contribute more solutions or proposals in the future. I will dedicate all my leadership to helping the department of sports better.

I am now trying and preparing to be higher position in the CSSA department of sports, therefore I cherish this election very much. I would like to pay my efforts and try my best to make CSSA the best Chinese organization in UCL to provide benefits and convenience to all Chinese and overseas Chinese students in UCL.

Shenglin Du

Currently, I am one of the members of the CSSA sports department, leader, and manager of the badminton club.

From a personal point of view, I pursue sports, which is one of the tools to unwind and relax in my daily work and study. I am good at and love to organize large-scale sports and physical activities to bring relaxation and happiness to more people.

One year as a member of the sports department and president of the badminton club has allowed me to meet a group of members who also love sports and help each other grow. Being a sports team member is a responsibility for me, but it is also an enjoyable process. In the new year, I hope and have the confidence to continue to expand the influence of the sports department's activities so that more students can join and enjoy it.

In addition, it has always been one of my goals to move club development into professionalism. In the new year, I hope to lead the members to move in this direction.

Yue Fei

I am Stefanie (Yue Fei) from BA Education Studies. From September 2021 until now, I am a member of the CSSA Sports department. I acted as the head of Women basketball team and also one of the member of the activity planing team. I always have full of energy organising sports competitions and other kinds of activities like the ones I organised in the last year, 'Running man in UCL' and skiing in Edinburgh. I hope I could have the chance to lead everyone to organise more interesting activities and open up new types of sport games!!
