With a dedication to the sport and to the Club, I helped spread awareness around Calisthenics and our Club in the UK by establishing partnerships between clubs (Brunel, KCL and QM) and by promoting and participating in the national Calisseum 5 competition. Regular training, unparalleled level of coaching, thanks to the help of Demi, Jaime and Leo (current training officers and athletes), and a community of mutual support and shared interests has helped our club triple in size. We have been one of the fastest-growing sports clubs this year and I hope we can keep this trend going.
