Tom Alcober Gelpi
Hello Everyone! After being in the UCLBJJ Committee this past year, I am now looking at taking on further responsibility by leading this Society. As President, I will continue the hard work Alex and Espen have done, maintaining the quality and consistency of the training sessions, increasing the membership of the club, especially female participation, and bringing out new kit for everyone to wear and represent our community. I will be upholding the values of equality and inclusivity, which are essential for a society with such a diverse membership.
Having been actively involved in the committee this year has given me the skills and insights needed to run the club, and my passion for BJJ motivates me to want the best for our society. More competitions are on the horizon, as well as more social events for everyone to enjoy.
