Boat Club: Treasurer

By being part of UCLBC, I have found a sport I am passionate about. Therefore, I would love to be able to apply my skills in the best way possible, and be part of the team that manages the club. 

I am a very organised, responsible person that deals well with money which I believe are key skills necessary for a treasurer. Being a second year next year, I will have time to deal with any issues that may arise - more so in comparison to any older candidates for the role. Being a novice woman, I have seen, experienced and heard first hand the issues that the teams want fixing, and it would therefore be my goal to organise club funds in a way that makes it possible to improve such situations. 
 

Additionally, it would be my aim to increase fundraising so that we are able to improve equipment for all our teams and also make the club more accessible to everyone.
