Hi everyone, I'm Mehar and am hoping to be your Welfare Sec for next year!

I believe that our mental well-being is equally as important as our physical health and academic life. Playing badminton is a great way to wind down and take a rest from the academic stress we all endure as students. 

Having been president of UCL Badminton Club last year, I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone through the sport that I love. During this time, I have tried to be as approachable as possible and have encouraged everyone to get involved, regardless of their experience in the sport. I aim to ensure that UCL Badminton Club continues to be as welcoming as ever and am always free for a chat!

With the club having been a huge part of my UCL experience, I hope to continue to be a part of it and I hope you vote for me :)
