Art Society: Treasurer

I am a simple man. I like drawing. I am bad at it, but that's why I go to the life drawing sessions. 

Hi, I'm Sam. I'd like to run for Treasurer for Art Soc because simply put, Art Soc has been a great place for me to improve my skills, and I'd like to return the favour by helping ensure this society can grow and run smoothly, so others can have the same chance I had. I am never going to be a professional artist, and I know this, but I cannot express in words my appreciation for Art Soc for letting me explore and reenergise my creative side, by giving me an excuse to force myself to draw every Thursday night. 

As an chemical engineering student and someone who ran his own business and manages his own investment portfolio, I am confident I can meet your expectations regarding this role. I look forward to joining the committee that you elect.
