Leading an Absoc requires hard work, dedication and passion. But above all it requires courage. It is not easy to be the front of an organisation, to bare the burden of every failure and the responsibility. But the risk is nothing compared to the reward. This position is an opportunity to do good in the community, to initiate change and to get closer to Allah

I was treasurer this year so I have seen how absoc is run, I have the experience. I also took a management module this year so I've learnt skills in how to lead and manage a team to success. I understand the importance of communication and understanding in working as a team.
