A summary of the proposed changes:

• The position of 'Social Secretary' is replaced by the 'Events Executive' which will be responsible for organising and running social karting and non-karting events alongside the president, acting as an initial point of contact for event venues.
• Addition of a new position of 'Media Executive' who will be responsible for club outreach, content creation and social media handles.
