Summary of the proposed changes:
- Introduction of a new Pyrotechnics Officer (Master of Pyrotechnics) under clauses 3.6 and 3.6.1-3
- They will be responsible for ensuring that future fire events abide by the core and additional risk assessments, as well as any relevant guidance and regulations. To these ends, they must also have a valid certification in both first-aid and fire marshalling.
- Amendment to clause 3.4.2.
