A summary of the proposed changes: 

• Addition of three new committee members: 'Vice President', 'Fundraising Officer' and 'Volunteering Officer'
• The 'Communications Officer' has been renamed to 'External Relations Officer' 
• The duties of the 'Publicity Officer' are now shared by the 'External Relations Officer' and 'Social Media Officer'
• The committee position of 'Secretary' has been removed from the constitution. The new 'Vice President' takes on the duties of the 'Secretary'
