Summary of proposed changes
- 3.4.1.2 – removed the repeated modal (“shall must”) so the sentence now reads “…shall…”
- 3.4.1.2 + 3.4.1.3 – merged into one continuous clause for consistent formatting
- 3.4.6.1 – “Primary” → “primary” (lower-case p)
- 3.4.7 – NEW: Head of Operations section added, defining duties for internal comms, meeting logistics and platform management
- 3.4.8 — NEW: Secretary section added, defining duties for ensuring smooth communication and organisation across society divisions.
- 3.4.9 — NEW: Head of Project Lab section added, defining responsibilities for designing and delivering a structured, project-based workshop series guiding participants through the data science project lifecycle.
- 4.3.3 – deleted duplicate sentence (“In addition, the club/society shall also strive…”) and added a full stop at the end of the clause
- 4.3.4 — NEW core activities clause to formally recognised project-based, hands-on learning, allowing members to develop practical skills in a hands-on format.
