Ultimate Frisbee Club: Womens's Captain

Hello, I am Arwen. Last year was my first year captaining which I found challenging but very enjoyable. I am grateful to be part of team UCL that both encouraged me to develop leadership and tolerated my inadequacies. Having gained some experience, I am motivated to run for this role again this year. If I'm elected, I would aim to inspire more girls to commit to playing competitive ultimate. I also hope to bring players with different experience levels to train together, learning to play to each other's strengths. I will actively seek feedback and keep myself open to any opinions.
