Romanian and Moldovan Society: Vice-President

Hey hey, my dear Romanian and Moldovan family!

I am excited to announce that after two years as a member of the society and as a current member of the RoSoc committee (as one of the Social Media Officers in 2021), I am running for Vice-President of our society in 2022.

Why? Because, especially in these challenging times, I believe our society deserves another fantastic year of making memories and growing together. This VP position is critical for us, and I want to do everything I can to keep us prospering. I truly believe that we should focus on developing the Romanian and Moldovan communities at UCL by hosting more social and cultural activities that allow us to unite.

A little about myself: I am going into my third and last year at UCL, majoring in urban planning and real estate (Bartlett School of Planning). I recently returned from my study abroad term in Singapore, and I am more prepared than ever to take on this task.

So... Don't forget to vote for our society to have a chance to have another great year together!

Hello, my name is Luca Barbu and I'm submitting my application to become the next Vice President of the Romanian & Moldovan Society here at UCL.



I wish for this position because I want to be able to organize great events similar to the ones that I've witnessed, that made me able to meet some amazing people and life-long friends and that make my university experience better. 



I would continue with the bar events, BBQ events and other ideas and also help the fellow committee members in achieving their goals and ideas.
