Hello, I’m George! I would love to be the next Social Media Director at Friends of MSF as I want to help involve more people in this lovely society by using creative media to engage others in our mission. I have had a lot of experience in this type of work as I led my political party’s social media account during my sixth form college’s mock election week and am getting involved in managing the UCL Accommodation Instagram page. In addition, I am intercalating in Global Health next year and am extremely interested in the work of MSF and wish to strengthen our ties with such an incredible organisation. 

In this role, I'd specifically like to:

1. Create weekly posts discussing trending topics in the field of Global Health on the Friends of MSF Instagram page

2. Promote society events and activities on all social media platforms

3. Use social media to communicate with other nearby branches to help organise collaborative society events
