Hi everyone,

I would like to nominate myself as Mentoring Programme Executive because I have really enjoyed being apart of organising the programme this year.

We greatly improved the volume and diversity compared to previous programmes and I have great ideas on how we can do even better next year! The focus will be on improving communication between mentor and mentee and getting more out of each interaction.
