Henriett S Hadalin

I have been fencing for 11 years and being a part of UCL fencing for the last year has reignited my love for the sport. It is my turn to give back to the club.
My motto is simple: make UCL fencing great again.

Let’s win club of the year, it’s not that hard! Let’s take home the varsity cup again, it’s child’s play!
Calling all novices and experienced, grab your masks and let’s fight for what really matters- more footwork sessions!

Dan Kviat

Hello everyone,

I hope that this time my nomination ends up at the right place, that being the president slot.

I am a dedicated fencer, and while I may not have as much experience in the sport as some of you, I hope that you consider me qualified enough to vote for me.

I aim to work alongside our coach Rupert as well as the rest of the committee to improve the fencing experience; from more equipment to more fencing time to arranging potential sponsorships for additional funding. I aim to be an easy, fast and reliable point of access - I want almost always be in the club, either to help with the coaching for the beginners or to fence other people.

It’s my honour to have served the Fencing Club as a regular member this year, and I believe my presence at the majority of our sessions has made the club experience a more welcoming one to the novices in particular. I’m also very proud to have witnessed the growth of a number of fencers that I helped coach.

Many thanks to everyone who have and will continue to support me as a figurehead of this club!

Yours Sincerely,

Dan
