FemTech and Women's Health Society: Treasurer

Hi all! I’m Freya, a third year who just finished her year abroad in Toronto :) I am super eager to come back next year and get really stuck in with FemTech and Women’s Health Society 😆

Having been one of the founders of this society in second year - alongside Abbie, Scarlett, and others - I can confidently say that FemTech and Women’s Health Society means a great deal to me and advocacy for women’s health progress is something I care about very deeply, and is so critical at this time 💜 For that reason and so many more I would feel incredibly privileged to be your treasurer next year, and to work very hard to help continue the fantastic work of this society with Emma and the other brilliant committee members 😁

Being in FemTech society this year has been a wonderful experience for me in getting me more interested in the importance of Women's Health and advocacy surrounding it and I would love to take a greater role in it next year to ensure others can have the same experience! 

For the past year I've been treasurer of Natural Sciences society so I have a good understanding of the responsibilities and skills that this role would entail and I'd be incredibly excited to be able to use that experience in a society that I'm so passionate about.
