I’d like to be female captain of Badminton Team 2 next year because I care about the team and want to help everyone improve, feel included, and enjoy playing together. Being captain would let me lead by example in training and matches, support newer players, and help keep communication strong between the team. It would also be a chance to develop my own confidence and leadership skills, and show that female players can take on visible leadership roles in the club.
