Public Affairs and Social Service Society: President

Hi, I’m Millicent, a first-year Economics student and an active member of UCLPASS for 2024/25. With a strong sense of organization and a proactive approach to challenges, I constantly strive for excellence in everything I do. 

The President serves as the external representative of UCLPASS, managing relationships with multiple parties. I believe my previous experiences have equipped me with the strong communication skills needed to handle this role efficiently. My ‘work hard, play hard’ mindset also allows me to remain profressional while staying approachable.

Being part of UCLPASS has helped me grow into a more outgoing, empathetic person with a greater awareness of social issues. Now, I wish to give back by helping freshers navigate university life with more ease, empowering subcommittee members to reach their potential, and raising awareness of important social and public affairs.

I wish to continue help build a 'home away from home' for Hong Kong students.
