Behavioural Innovations Society: Development Director

Hi everyone! My name is Natasza and I'm excited to be running for development director. Having attended BIS's Career's Fair myself in the past, I have witnessed how educational and eye-opening it is for those interested in behavioural science. Given the novelty and niche of the field, an effectively run fair is vital to maximise the students' experience. Having been on the events committee in my highschool, where I helped organise major events such as the prom and graduation, I am familiar with the behind-the-scenes of event planning, and am keen to take on a role involved in this once more, where I can simultaneously dive into the world of behavioural science and connect with like-minded people, both on the committee, and in companies we reach out to. The role of development director would also allow me to draw on my experience as a marketing and growth intern for UniLocker, where I designed outreach campaigns, which involved coordinating with external speakers and companies, much like what would be required of a development director. 

Having been Communications Director this past year, I would love to continue being involved with the BIS and helping it grow and thrive as a society, so your vote would be appreciated!
