I have been a member of the Art society and a regular attendee at its life drawing sessions since the start of my degree (I am now in the second year of my BA Ancient World).  This society has been one of the very best parts of my experience at UCL. It has made it possible for me to keep art in my life even amid the demands of academic work, and it has introduced me to a wonderful community of artists from across a great range of other academic disciplines.  I would be delighted to contribute to the maintenance of the Art Society from the position of treasurer and to ensure that affordable life drawing and ample free materials will continue to be provided.
