Stage Crew Society: Freshers' Representative

Being extremely interested about how everything works behind a stage can make a wonderful show, I really want to collaborate with other people at backstage to present the great shows. Communication is always important when working with others. If I am elected as a fresher's representative, I would make effort to improve the communication between society leaders and members. Well, I consider myself a funny person and I am a good listener and really fond of talking with different people. Whenever I have any questions or problems I would just ask and speak out. Though as a fresher I have not participated in a lot of events yet, I found it I would be confused about what I should do as a crew member, which makes me think that it will be clearer if there is a representative can reflect our opinions and confusions etc. In senior high school, I have attended some volunteer teaching activities and I was the group leader. And I was also the member of graduation committee in charge of planning and managing the graduation ceremony and other activities related to it. These experience may help a bit to be the representative of freshers~
