Musical Theatre Society: Technical Officer

Hello! Joanna here! You may have seen me around in MT choir, in the Freshers' Musical, or in Big Fish (one of last year's term 3 small shows) - I am an absolute nerd for the music in a musical! But for the songs to sound splendid (with the wonderfully talented singers, of course), the instruments and tech behind the scenes have got to work. There's nothing less fun than keyboards that don't work (they're far too heavy for that!), or for the bass guitar that doesn't sound because of a faulty amp ... which is why I'm running for Technical officer! I completely understand how much the music adds to a performance, and how much good quality music adds to a performance, and I will do everything within my means to ensure that whatever is accompanying you, does a good job as an accompaniment!
