Live Music Society: Secretary

Having been an active member since the start of my academic journey at UCL, I have witnessed the impact that the Live Music Society can have on fostering a love for live music and creating lasting memories for its members. I am eager to contribute my skills and passion to enhance the society's efficiency and communication.

In my current role as the president of a departmental society, I have gained valuable experience in managing responsibilities and supporting fellow committee members. I understand the intricacies of leadership positions and the importance of collaboration. This knowledge positions me well to assist the President in any tasks they deem necessary, ensuring an effective and well-coordinated team effort.

Communication lies at the heart of any organisation, and as a proactive individual, I am confident in my ability to streamline and improve our society's communication channels. I have a proven track record of formulating and sending emails, regularly corresponding with professors and lecturers in my capacity as an academic representative for my course. This experience has honed my skills in clear and concise communication, a quality essential for the role of Secretary. I will also make it my mission to listen to what the members of the society would like to see from the society and pass these ideas on to the rest of the committee.

I am excited to serve as your Secretary and will contribute to the continued success of LM Soc.
