Lifestyle Medicine Society: Welfare Officer

As busy university students, it is extremely easy to forget to look after our physical and mental well-being, especially in a way that works around our schedules. This society has encouraged me to be thoughtful in my daily actions, bringing the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to the forefront of my mind. It has made a highly positive impact on me, through the community we are building, as well as the values we all share, and hope to propogate. As Welfare Officer, I would love to continue representing these values, and be a friendly face within the society, but also to non-members interested in what we do.
