Botany Society: Events Officer

As your events officer, I would like to create a platform in which we can all grow our shared interest in botany. As a current interim events officer for the Botany society, I have helped plan plant socials, including a trip to the Chelsea Gardener Cafe as well as the botanical garden trip down to Kew. With this position, I envision planning more botanical themed activities including a trip down to the Columbia Road flower market, organising plant workshops including making terrariums as well as collaborating with other green societies. Overall, I would love to be your events officer and create a welcoming, inclusive and fun space for botany enthusiasts.
