Kavi Patel

Hey everyone, I'm Kavi and I'm running to be VP this year

UCL CC has been one of the best parts of my uni experience last year and I'd love to help take the club to an even better place for the upcoming year.

I've shown solid commitment to the club since I've been here, pretty much attending all events and helping out where necessary. If elected, I'd like to help with some of the following things.

  • Sourcing affordable training kit, shirts/tracksuits/vests etc
  • Finding a sponsor to help fund cricket and non-crickted related events
  • Helping the rest of the commitee to organise a cricket tour in term 2
  • Starting a term 2 5-a side football team
  • Helping out the president to take some of the work off of the rest of the commitee
  • Organising other sporting events, e.g padel, golf, darts...

I would really appreciate your vote and look forward to building better things during the rest of the year!

Nathaniel Cunnold

Hi everyone I’m Nathaniel/nat and I am hoping to gain your vote for Vice-President. Last year I was one of the social secs and I was part of a very successful year at UCL on the committee. Also having been on the committee I was involved in many aspects of the club gaining experience these were having been part of the Movember campaign, running the weekly net sessions and overseeing the indoor cricket campaign for the club while also playing in the 1st team for the past 2 years
The reason I am running is that UCL cricket has been a huge part of my uni life for the past 2 years and I look back at some of most enjoyable times being involved in the club. This means that I believe I have so much to give back to this club in also helping to move this club forward and having another successful year and improving on the achievements last year. My commitment to everyone is that I will give 110% in helping Aryan and the rest of the committee in making the club a place for everyone to enjoy and make memories, the reason I feel like this can be achieved is through my time that I can give being that I commit to giving all my time to the club.
If I had to sum up what I believe this club is about its community and friendships, cricket is a huge reason why we join but the friendships you make and memories are way more important. I hope that I can help every single member feel like this is a possibility.

So vote for me and always feel free to chat to me about the club so we can improve.
