I fix boat :)

I’ll make sure any repairs get sorted quickly and that everything’s ready for use when we need it and I’m happy to help keep things running smoothly for the club. My goal for this year is to create a culture of care and responsibility within the club for a more proactive approach to tackling maintenance issues better in the upcoming years and hopefully have a shining fleet of boats for all of us to work with!

It’s taken a bit to get the hang of things, but I’ve learned a lot and I’m keen to keep improving and I would really appreciate your vote to keep building on what I’ve started! So pls vote4me :)

I think checking all equipment on regular basis,  help organising them and making lists are things that I don't mind doing. I also see this as an opportunity to learn more about rowing. I know it is important to have equipment that work properly, so I will try to keep them in reasonable condition and do external communication regarding maintenance if needed.

Matt Purves

To maintain and improve quality of equipment usable by the club.

Yehor Tseliev

I am writing to apply for the Maintenance Officer position with the Rowing Club. As someone who values teamwork and precision, I’m eager to help keep our boats and equipment in top condition so members can train safely and effectively. Having a year of experience with repairing Monmouth School Rowing Club, i have some knowledge in this topic and wish to learn more as well.

I take pride in being reliable, hands-on, and attentive to detail—qualities I believe are essential for supporting the club’s smooth operation and success on the water.
