I'm standing for Development Captain because of my love for lacrosse and my desire to contribute to the development programme. Rejoining the sport at Lax following a break after school reminded me of how much fun we have together playing lacrosse and the satisfaction of seeing yourself improve every week. As Development Captain, I would ensure our weekly trainings are well-organised and focus on building a supportive environment where players feel encouraged in their development at all levels. I'm excited to coordinate friendly matches with other teams and bring a positive energy to the group. As a small side note, one of my hobbies is baking and I wouldn't mind providing post-match snacks every now and again ;)
