Immunology Society: Treasurer

My name is Laia, and I’m excited to nominate for Treasurer. Here’s why I believe I’d be a great fit for the position:

Committee Experience: I currently serve as Welfare Officer for Arts and Sciences Society, where I’ve gained valuable experience working as part of a team to manage events and ensure the smooth operation of society activities. I truly enjoy being involved in a committee and contributing to the success of a group. I’m eager to bring this experience and enthusiasm to Immunology Society.

Passion for Immunology: I have a strong interest in immunology and a deep appreciation for the opportunities the society offers to its members. I’m excited about the prospect of supporting the society’s goals and ensuring we have the financial resources to host meaningful events, educational activities, and socials that bring us all closer together.

Responsible & Organized: Managing finances requires attention to detail and careful planning, both of which are skills I’ve honed in my current role. I’m confident in my ability to handle the responsibilities of Treasurer, ensuring that our funds are managed effectively and transparently, so we can continue to grow and support our community.
