English Society: Workshop Officer

Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie and I'm a second year English student. Thank you for reading this in the first place and I'll be keeping it short and sweet: As someone who's looking towards the creative industry after uni (scary thought), I've found the English society workshops really helpful for learning how to improve relevant skills and gaining insight from people established in the industry. It's reassuring knowing there's a network that offers support and networking opportunities, and I will be working towards fostering this system if I get nominated as workshop officer. I'll bring organisational and planning abilities to the table, as well as great communication skills to continuously secure guest speakers for our events.
