Bioethics and Medical Law Society: Marketing Officer

Hi everyone, I am Miranda. I am running in hopes to become YOUR marketing officer for Bioethics and Medical Law Society 2024/25!

Who am I?

I am a Year 1 Applied Medical Science student who has a soft spot for ethics and Jeremy Bentham. Whether it’s exploring the implications of eugenics in X-men Origin: Wolverine, to the ecofascism in Avengers: Infinity Wars, I’m all in.  

Why me?

First off, I am a complete package deal. With a head full of passion, and a Pinterest board filled with ideas and pins - I’ll make sure our society is one you won’t forget. Second of all, I am chronically on my phone. This means I will take full responsibility to capture the moments as you enjoy the present during the society events. Don’t worry about not having enough photos to look back on, I’ll take care of that. Lastly, I’ll be insanely dedicated to sharing our society’s activities and initiatives - because what better way to end a day than with a juicy debate on bioethics?
