Event Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of invaluable events and opportunities that are hosted by UCL Albanian Society, and are consequential contributors in the growth and development of the Albanian community at UCL. As an Event Officer, I pledge my unwavering commitment towards strengthening the bridge between the members and the leadership committee at UCL Albanian Society, which is a great opportunity to uphold the cultural vibrancy of our community at UCL. As an Event Officer, I will ensure that events held by our society will not only entertain, but also educate and stimulate growth. I will dedicate my time towards being a skilled ambassador for the society, working in close collaboration with other Albanian organisations including UKAP, ALSA, Shpresa and IllyrianBrains. Our mission will be to put our people on the ladder for amazing opportunities, events and internships that will protect and grow our cultural vibrancy but also enhance our reputation. With a positive track-record of efficient event planning and organisational skills, which include fundraising events for Afghan and Ukrainian refugees, I will prioritise both social and more formal gatherings, getting the best of both and really strengthening the connection within the society and other Albanian societies. Overall, as Events Officer, I will strive to ensure that our events resonate deeply with our members, building a strong sense of community pride.

Faleminderit, Diar Bala!
