As the Archaeology and Anthropology Academic Representative for my year, I’ve had the honor of advocating for our academic needs and strengthening communication between students and faculty. Now, I’m eager to serve within the Anthropology Society to address broader needs and help foster a thriving, connected community for us all.
Why Vote for Me?
- Proven Advocacy Skills: My experience as an academic representative has given me insight into our challenges and allowed me to effectively voice your concerns. I’m committed to ensuring student input is a central part of the society’s planning and events.
- Community Building and Support: If elected, I’ll work with the society to enhance our sense of community through academic and social events that support both learning and connection.
- Fresh Perspective from Another Department: Coming from a different department, I bring a broader view that can introduce fresh ideas and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. This perspective can enrich the society with new approaches to learning, community engagement, and understanding our fields within a wider academic context.
With your support, I’ll dedicate myself to building an inclusive and resourceful society for all. Thank you for considering my candidacy. I’m excited to represent you!
