Training
We offer training across the three disciplines, and will collaborate closely with the running society. Some of the key weekly sessions include :
- Brick session on Mondays evenings: indoor spin followed by a social run with RAX (Running, Athletics and Cross Country)
- Tuesday Track @ Parliament Hill with Highgate Harriers for those interested in long distance running
- Wednesday morning laps @ Regent's park
- Swimming session on Sunday afternoons @London Fields Lido with a coach!
We will be posting the full weekly training weekly on our instagram (ucl_triathlon) and on our WhatsApp groupchat, so make sure to follow both!
Which membership to choose?
Standard membership includes:
- Group rides and runs
- Brick sessions
- Participation to BUCS Duathlon and Triathlon
Advanced membership includes:
- Swimming session with coach
- Group rides and runs
- Brick sessions
- Participation to BUCS Duathlon and Triathlon
Concession membership:
- Same as standard membership but ONLY for members who already have either a cycling, running, or swimming membership
Races
We compete in BUCS events, with our first race being a duathlon this November. In Term 3, we’ll be taking on both a sprint triathlon and a standard-distance triathlon!
If you fancy doing some cross country races too, the London Universities and Colleges Athletics Association (LUCA) organises races throughout the year, suitable to everyone!

We want to organise a training camp in term 3, so stay tuned!!
Socials
We’ll be running a variety of socials throughout the year, including exciting collaborations - most notably with Imperial Triathlon Club!
