The Augustus De Morgan Mathematics Society got its name from the first Mathematics Professor at UCL. With its strong heritage, it currently stands as one of the oldest societies in the university. We are pleased to join the SU this year, and welcome both maths and non-maths students into our society.

Our aim is to provide students with an interest in maths an enriching and fulfilling experience at UCL, as we mix fun with academic support and career advice throughout the year! Highlight events include careers sessions, academic talks, pub quizzes, and an annual Maths Summer Ball. Make sure to follow us on instagram @uclmaths to keep up with our events and activities.

Our membership is free for Maths department students, and students from other departments can join for only £5 for the entire year.

In 2023/24 we are proud to be sponsored by The Phoenix Partnership (TPP). Since their establishment in 1997, TPP has been at the forefront of creating a connected healthcare system. Please see more details on our website or instagram.
