- In most places having official student ID is required to claim a student discount, whilst you may be able to use your UCL ID a safer bet is to purchase an official student ID card. - The Tesco Clubcard is one of the most popular supermarket rewards cards that lets you earn Clubcard points on all your purchases in store and online.
This rewards card is not just for Sainsbury’s. Nectar Card is a popular rewards card that lets you earn points from your purchases for lots of great retailers such eBay, Argos, Vue Cinemas, Sainsbury's and British Airways.

- The Boots Advantage Card lets you earn points every time you make a Boots purchase online and in store. It’s also important to know that you can only make use of the Boots 10% student discount if you have an Advantage Card.
There are two types of people - some shop at Boots, others shop at Superdrug. As a nation we don't know why, it is just the way of the world. Anyways, the Superdrug Beautycard gives you exclusive access to lower prices and students and NHS staff get 10% off.
